S: 7" Wrist. 8"-14" Upper arm (elasticated)
M: 7" Wrist. 9"-15" Upper arm (elasticated)
L: 8" Wrist. 10"-16" Upper arm (elasticated)
XL: 10" Wrist. 11"-17" Upper arm (elasticated)
XXL: 10" Wrist. 12"-18" Upper arm (elasticated)
