Q: Do you ship to the USA/Europe?
A: Yes! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, please keep in mind that you may have to pay additional customs fees when your parcel arrives in your country. These are not my responsibility to pay, please check your local laws regarding customs fees!
Q: I think my parcel is lost, what should I do?

Q: Do you do custom orders/sizing?
A: Custom's depend on availability, however please feel free to send me a message. I can alter certain things for free up to an extent. And sizing can also be customized! I've done a few fully custom pieces before and I am fully open to ideas! You can email: email@example.com
Q: What is your return policy?
A: I gladly accept cancellations, Please request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase.
Due to the handmade nature of items I don't accept returns or exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order!
If you are not in the UK, have ordered a large amount and your parcel ends up over 2KG. (around 5+ items) I will have to ask for your home phone number, this is because overseas postal services require so for notification reasons or if there is any issues with the postage of your parcel. If you have any questions about this please message me! Thank you.
Q: Why are there weird hems or un-hemmed edges?
All garments in the shop are made from t-shirt bases and recycled t-shirt fabric.
That means there may be some quirky hems where I've had to add extra fabric, i try to minimize the look of these by using a flat zigzag stitch.
Any unhemmed edges are done always deliberately for aesthetic purposes! T-shirt fabric doesn't fray when unhemmed and curls slightly over itself when washed.
If you can see an unhemmed edge and would like it to be please let me know! I can do this easily for you.
